Sheila Tucker
LMFT, Level 1 Reiki, Certified MBSR & NATC
Sheila Tucker is a licensed marriage and family therapist who is passionate about empowering clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, and communication issues to find peace, ease, and confidence. She loves meditation, Reiki, mandala art, and tarot and has had the privilege of studying with Shamans, Monks, and Reiki Masters. Sheila holds certifications in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Narcissistic Abuse Treatment, and Level 1 Reiki.
In addition to running a group practice in South Carolina, Sheila supervises newly licensed therapists, volunteers as the behavioral health supervisor with Volunteers in Medicine, and contributes a monthly article to Celebrate Hilton Head/Bluffton. Her own history of childhood trauma deeply inspires her work and fuels her dedication to helping others heal.
When she’s not working, Sheila enjoys wandering mountain trails with her husband and their two dogs, soaking in the beauty of nature.
Leslie Slemmons
LISW-CP, RYT200, Level 2 Internal Family Systems, Certified Yoga for Trauma
Leslie Slemmons is a licensed clinical social worker with 20 years of experience working with a variety of populations in settings such as residential facilities, schools, non-profits, and addiction centers. She is a 200 hour trained yoga teacher, and is certified in Yoga for Trauma. She continues her studies of the Yoga Sutras through a 6 year commitment led by Karin Carlson as well as continuing a yoga therapy mentorship under Melissa Shah. She also runs prenatal yoga classes, anxiety for yoga groups, and yoga for eating disorders. In 2024, Leslie also completed Level 2 Internal Family Systems, specifically trained in Addictive Processes and Eating Disorders.
Leslie’s private practice is located in South Carolina where she specializes in providing compassionate care to clients with issues such as body shame, trauma, anxiety, and disordered eating. Leslie’s heart and passion is to guide and support clients who are experiencing difficulty living in their bodies to find ease, safety, and comfort within so that they can move through the world in freedom. She is also a mom of 4 children, Filipino American, and a survivor of childhood trauma.
When she’s not working, Leslie can be found in the dirt playing with her children, making candles, sipping tea, laughing with her family, or reading a good book.
